Founded in 1936, SPAA provides an artistic opportunity to our local community. Through art and art education, we work with local businesses to keep art alive in our community. Bill Boisselle-Schalaba
Bill is not only the Secretary of The San Pedro Art Association. He is also an embellishment artist of many different mediums. Originally inspired to create by his now husband Carlos Boisselle, Bill began his artwork in 2013 working with cigar boxes and various media sources. Over these last few years he has seen a sale or two of his fun work. A few years back he even dabbled in some light photography. Working with upcycling as of late is his newest form of artwork as well as small acrylic drip paintings. using found objects to create one of a kind artwork. Bill is also an ordained minister and has worked as a wedding minister privately.
